QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Land Surveyor
a.听听听 Job Brief
The general functions include: estimation of property boundaries of the University for Construction Projects and provision of useful data for mapmaking, structure and legal purposes; measuring of land features of the 黑料社 in depth and shape based on reference points; examine previous land records available to verify data from on-site surveys; preparation of maps and reports for presentation to clients; calculation of land boundaries in several locations, creating maps and report survey results for clients, use specialized equipment to measure and mark property boundaries, calculate dimensions, elevations, shapes, and contours of the University鈥檚 sites.
b.听听听 Qualifications
听Applicant must:
听听听听听听听听听 i.听 possess M.Sc./M.Phil. degree or relevant professional qualification in his/her area of specialization
听听听听听听听 ii.听 be a registered member of a relevant professional body and in good standing
听听听听听听 iii.听 have four (4) years post qualification working experience
听听听听听听 iv.听 have two (2) referees鈥� reports in support of the application听
B. Land Economist
a.听听听 Job Brief
The Land Economist鈥檚 role is to provide services in real estate management, land and property valuations, and real estate projects appraisals among others.听 The Land Economist will study the production and distribution of resources, goods, and services by collecting and analyzing data, researching trends, and evaluating economic issues. He/She will also provide advice on administration, land and property usage.
b.听听听 Qualifications
Applicant must:

C.听听 Quantity Surveyor
a.听听听 Job Brief
The Quantity Surveyor provides cost management services across a range of projects, and reports same to the Director; Ensures that estimates are delivered on time and within budgets as well as producing accurate and timely reports for Senior Management.
b.听听听 Qualifications
Applicant must:
i.听听听听听 possess M.Sc./M.Phil. degree or relevant professional qualification in his/her area of specialization
ii.听听听 be a registered member of a relevant professional body and in good standing
iii.听听 have four (4) years post qualification working experience
iv.听听 have two (2) referees鈥� reports in support of the application
D.听听 Construction Project Manager
a.听听听 Job Brief
The Construction Project Manager will plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. He/She will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Construction Project Manager should be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures, and will coordinate professional teams to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate should possess analytical and organsiational skills.

E.听听 Building Services Engineer
a.听听听 Job Brief
The job function may include: designing and maintaining air conditioners, elevators and other mechanical systems, distributing electricity and water supply in buildings, and providing lighting for the University.

i.听听听听听 possess M.Sc./M.Phil. degree or relevant professional qualification in his/her area of specialization
ii.听听听 be a registered member of a relevant professional body and in good standing
iii.听听 have four (4) years post qualification working experience
