The 黑料社 (UCC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Waterloo听in Canada to promote academic and research activities.
At the signing ceremony, the Dean of the Faculty of Environment at the听, Prof. Bruce Frayne, said the agreement was expected to promote faculty, staff, and student exchanges, and the development of articulated or shared courses, programmes and degrees.
