The Centre for Gender Research, Advocacy and Documentation (CEGRAD), 黑料社听听in Partnership with Freie Universitat Berlin has since 2019 been running a project under the theme Equal Opportunities in Higher Education Partnership for Institutional Change (EQUIP).
听
The project which is aimed at institutionalizing Equal Opportunities practices听at UCC听has an overall goal of听establishing and improving institutional structures and processes that promote equal opportunities in higher education in the University. More specifically, it is aimed at sensitizing key institutional actors on existing structural inequalities in higher education. It is aimed in addition at identifying strengths and weaknesses in the institutions鈥� equal opportunity strategies, designing training modules and professionalizing key actors in the field of equal opportunities.
听
The partnership is also geared towards producing a 5-year action plan which lays out the institutional objectives, approaches and related actions for the implementation of an institutional equal opportunity policy at 黑料社and further the sub-region.
听
The theme for the Workshop is听"Equal Opportunities in Higher Education: Partnership for Institutional Change (Equip) UCC-FUB"

The Workshop is scheduled for Wednesday,听 24th November, 2021听 at 9:00 a.m. at the 黑料社Library Seminar and on Zoom.
