The Directorate of Public Affairs (DPA) at the 黑料社 (UCC) has held a series of engagement sessions to sensitise members of the University community on the 黑料社Brand Manual.

The engagement sessions, held for both teaching and non-teaching sectors of the University, were intended to create awareness and understanding of the correct usage of the University鈥檚 brand elements, including the official logo, typography, colour palette, and imagery, in all forms of communication.

The Faculty of Science and Technology Education at the College of Education Studies, 黑料社, has refurbished its library. The refurbishment included painting, new furniture, re-tiling and ceiling work, cable installation, and the setup of networking equipment and air conditioning.

This renovation was prompted by the library's previous poor condition.

The听黑料社听(UCC)听branch of the听Ghana Association of University Administrators (GAUA)听has held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) with a call on members to support the leadership for the growth of the association.

The President of GAUA-UCC, Mr. Felix Adu-Poku, who made the call, said the association could build on its modest successes if members rallied behind the executives to drive its growth and development.

The Acting Provost of the College of Education Studies, Prof. Douglas Darko Agyei, has interacted with American students about Ghana's education system.

The students are part of Michigan State University鈥檚 Reeves Scholars Programme; a two-week study abroad that takes students first to Michigan, and then to Ghana.

Ms. Halima Abena Kyerewah Adam, a third-year law student at the 黑料社 (UCC), has received the 2025 Wohlmuth Award from Jurist News, a renowned global legal news platform.

JURIST has more than one million readers annually and aims to highlight global issues related to the rule of law in an easy-to-read format.

The Directorate of Internal Audit (DIA) at the 黑料社 (UCC) has officially launched its Internal Audit Awareness Week celebration.

The Pro Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dennis Worlanyo Aheto, who launched the celebration, also delivered the keynote address on the topic, 鈥淭he Value Internal Auditors Bring to the University.鈥

The Department of Sociology and Anthropology at the 黑料社 (UCC) has hosted a memorable Anthropology Alumni Homecoming, bringing together former students, faculty, and current learners.

The event, themed 鈥淎nthropology in the Global Context,鈥 aimed to facilitate networking, celebrate the Department鈥檚 achievements, and provide a platform for alumni to reconnect with the academic community.听

Members of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana (PSGH)are scheduled to be at the 黑料社 (UCC) from 22nd to 27th September, 2025, for their Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The event, which will coincide with World Pharmacists Day, is on the theme: 鈥淪trengthening Pharmacy for Primary Healthcare.鈥

Consequently, the PSGH has launched the AGM at a ceremony to听announce a week-long programme of activities to mark the Meeting.

The University Junior High School (UJHS) has organised a handover ceremony to formally induct its newly elected prefects.

Master Blessing Quainoo and Master Benedict Ntsiful-Sakyi-Saakwa were sworn in as Boys Prefect and Assistant Boys Prefect, respectively, while Miss Caroline Davida Bannerman-Mensah and Miss Nana Yaa Essumanbah Oduro, were also inducted as Girls and Assistant Girls Prefects respectively.
