Senior management members drawn from sixteen colleges of education affiliated to the 黑料社 have received training on assessment and management at a workshop organized by the Institute of Education, UCC.
The two-day workshop offered the participants the platform to share a common vision and understanding of the best practices of running their respective colleges.
The Director of the Institute of Education, Prof. Christine Adu-Yeboah听said the workshop was deemed necessary because it formed part of the University鈥檚 mentoring role for the colleges of education in the country. She indicated it is the expectation of the University鈥檚 management that all affiliated colleges mirror its standard of quality practices.
鈥淲e are assisting the colleges to do things the way we do it here at the 黑料社 in terms of teaching, management, assessment, and everything. The 黑料社 wants to bring the colleges up to that level鈥 she intimated.
